Our Rockwater Life program invites you to reset by the coast with a curated line-up of movement and wellness experiences. Think sunrise yoga under woollen skies, soulful Pilates on the Roof Terrace, and energising boxing circuits wrapped in salty air. As dusk draws in, sink into the stillness with nourishing meditative yoga and grounding sound baths.
